About The Position

This is a hands-on, onsite role where you'll gain exposure to enterprise-level systems and work closely with experienced IT professionals-an ideal environment to grow into advanced technical roles. As an Engineer-Support Services you will: Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools. Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software. Support remote access and basic network connectivity issues. Help maintain and operate A/V equipment for meetings and presentations. Document issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Basic understanding of networking, remote access tools, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in IT-related field preferred).

Responsibilities
