About The Position

Wade Trim is seeking an Engineering Summer Intern for our ICE group in our Traverse Ciity office. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (junior or senior status preferred) and possess valid driver’s license. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, very organized and have excellent communication skills. Typical responsibilities include: Assist in design reports and construction plans Assist with the coordinate preparation of specifications and permit submittals Assist in the preparation of preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities Document design changes and communications Conduct on-site inspections as needed Maintain excellent client relations Maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have interest in Natural gas
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required
• Candidates must be self-motivated, very organized and have excellent communication skills
