About The Position

Responsible for performing the planning, designing, implementing, and construction management of new, and/or modifications of existing high voltage substation and other transmission facilities. Note: There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Engineer I (Substation Design) job grade 7, Engineer II (Substation Design) job grade 8, Engineer III (Substation Design) job grade 9 or Senior Engineer (Substation Design) job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire. Senior Engineer (Substation Design) Hiring Salary Range: $109,000-$152,000 Engineer III (Substation Design) Hiring Salary Range: $98,000-$136,000 Engineer II (Substation Design) Hiring Salary Range: $88,000-$122,000 Engineer I (Substation Design) Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-$108,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education and/or skill level.
