Collaborate with design, systems, and architecture teams to define and implement test strategies for engineering validation (EVT) and design validation (DVT) of advanced optical transceivers. Design, build and maintain test solutions by integrating test equipment/components with thermal/mechanical requirements and calibration requirements. Write and maintain Python-based scripts to automate complex testing workflows, improve scalability, and ensure robust, repeatable and accurate test coverage. Take ownership of data analysis and interpretation, providing insights to cross-functional partners to foster design improvements and ensure compliance with standards. Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to support component-level characterization and root-cause analysis. Experienced in RF testing at carry out component-level and chip-level Stay at the forefront of industry standards (IEEE 802.3, MSA, CMIS) and ensure alignment in test execution.
