About The Position

Busek is seeking innovative engineers to advance the next generation of space propulsion systems, specializing in technologies such as Hall effect thrusters, ion thrusters, and Electrospray thrusters. This role involves engaging in complex projects that require advanced problem-solving skills and a strong technical background. Engineers will contribute to the development, assembly, and testing of hardware, as well as conduct engineering analyses to meet project goals. Busek Co. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Physics
  • Interest in space technology
  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
  • Strong writing and presentation skills

  • Background in plasma physics, electric propulsion, or related fields is advantageous
