About The Position

The Engineer Senior is responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to address complex and varied business needs. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT).
• Five (5) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology must include: Three (3) years of experience with AWS security features including data encryption, monitoring & logging, identity & access control; demonstration and development of cloud network and security CI/CD and DevOps best practices; Cloud services like EC2, S3 and Redshift; database development on SQL Server; Infrastructure-as-Code tool Terraform; AWS Automation with CloudWatch and Lambda; and functional, smoke and regression testing of systems.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT).

Responsibilities

• Consult with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain data-related microservice architectures: pipelines that are scalable, optimized, and fault-tolerant.
• Transform and clean data to help develop key insights, forecasts, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to drive customer value.
• Work with stakeholders and design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Determine areas where automation will provide value; implement and ensure success of automation.
