About The Position
The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end-to-end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms. This role involves maintaining active relationships with customers to determine business requirements, leading requirements gathering meetings, and owning the change request process. The Engineer Lead will develop and define application scope and objectives, prepare technical and functional specifications, perform technical design reviews and code reviews, and ensure that unit tests are completed and meet the test plan requirements. Additionally, the Engineer Lead will assess current status, support data information planning, coordinate on-call support, maintain the technical development environment, mentor others, and lead multiple or small to medium sized projects. The role also includes facilitating group sessions for requirement clarification, design sessions, code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and supporting vendor evaluations.
