BAE Systems Space and Mission Systems (BAE SMS) Tactical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to lead our Radar engineering efforts that deliver advanced radars to our enable our defense (DoD) and intelligence community (IC) customers. We are looking for experienced individual who is prepared to lead our team of professionals who provide advanced engineering and scientific expertise for the development, testing, integration, and maintenance Radar systems. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the oversight and overall delivery of Radar solutions developed for multiple customer program offices. As the lead engineer the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall work effort and products of the engineering and scientific staff over the full lifecycle of programs and projects for engineering, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment. This includes performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, architecture design, agile development, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
