About The Position

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineer Senior Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. The role involves performing programming and development activities for the Citi Distribution Portal (CDP) to support operational requirements. The candidate will build web and windows applications using ASP.NET & C# with MVC patterns, develop user interface web applications using HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JQUERY, AJAX, JSON, XML, and Angular JS. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining the CDP product through SQL database management, designing and supporting SQL databases, writing stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexes in SQL Server and Oracle, and creating and maintaining ETL jobs. The position requires automating CDP build and deployment using DevOps and executing continuous integration and continuous deployment practices for the Client Distribution Portal Application. The candidate will analyze the data flow across different systems to modify how the CDP application interacts with multiple technologies, build tools to enhance productivity, and design the data flow for the CDP application. Additionally, the role involves consuming and building APIs and web services using Restful services and Web API, providing technical guidance on troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with global standards. The candidate will also analyze, design, test, and implement OOPS characteristics, client-server applications, N-tier applications, and Windows Services based applications. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Programmer Analyst, Computer Programmer, Associate Architect, or related position involving design and development of web applications.
• 5 years of experience must include: C#, MVC; ASP.NET, SQL Server; Oracle; JavaScript; and DevOps.

Responsibilities
