PG&E's Engineering, Planning, and Strategy (EP&S) organization is focused on engineering the grid of the future through an integrated approach leveraging renewable energy sources, traditional utility infrastructure, and cutting-edge technology to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable energy to our customers. The Electric Engineering department within EP&S is responsible for designing all aspects of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission grid, including system planning, engineering, resiliency solutions, and asset strategy. The Engineering Rotation Development Program is a 12-month rotation program that provides engineers an opportunity to gain meaningful engineering experience in up to two departments within Electric Engineering focused on improving PG&E's large network of electric transmission and distribution facilities. The rotation assignments will occur within multiple locations as defined. Some of the available department rotations include: Distribution Asset Planning, Transmission Systems Planning, Distribution Planning - Distributed Generation, Distributions Operations Engineering, System Protection, and Grid Innovation.
