  • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
  • Perform analysis at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) with 2 years of experience in Reliability, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Aerospace, Electrical, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Controls or a Master’s degree.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks to access reliability to prevent downtime, reduce costs, and improve performance.
  • Participate in Reliability engineering reviews.
  • Liaison with other Reliability engineers and programs to ensure best practice and share knowledge.
  • Conduct independent reliability analysis as deemed necessary.
  • Provide subject matter expert advice on assigned programs.
  • Experience in Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Requirements Impact Assessments, Change Requests, and Engineering Change Proposals.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence).
  • Active Secret US Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math).
  • Experience in Reliability Engineering.
  • Experience with Reliasoft or Windchill Reliability Software.
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
