The position involves supporting the Factory Focus teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The role requires participation in the new product introduction process into manufacturing, ensuring active involvement in cross-functional team deliverables and phase transitions in collaboration with the Quality Assurance (QA) counterpart. The individual will be responsible for proactively improving quality systems to support manufacturing, ensuring consistency and standardization in ResMed's Quality Management System (QMS) across various manufacturing business units and sites. Additionally, the role includes ensuring compliance with ResMed's QMS and applicable regulatory standards, providing quality and technical guidance through mentoring and training, and building positive working relationships with internal and external customers. The position also involves fostering a quality culture through ongoing education and consultation in Quality/Regulatory requirements, as well as performing or supporting internal, external, and supplier audits.
