About The Position

The position involves the implementation of new articles with a focus on achieving short cycle times in accordance with the robot and peripheral machines. The role also includes repairing disturbances on the machines and ensuring production adheres to standards such as VDA 6.1, DIN, IATF, ISO 9001, and QS 9000.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience
• 2+/- years of experience in related field of work

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in plastic shaping, specialization in injection molding
• Knowledge of organizational structures
• Experience in construction of injection molding machines
• Familiarity with tools and construction of used plastics
• Understanding of specific requirements of individual molded parts
• Experience with removal technique
• Knowledge of programming techniques, including CNC
• Understanding of pneumatics

Responsibilities

• Construction and building of removal grippers
• Construction and building of devices with the purpose of rationalization
• Procurement, commissioning and optimization of periphery machines
• Sampling of new tools and materials
• Starting up and optimization of machines
• Making suggestions to improve the used processes and working methods
• Coordination of process data with material producers
• Sampling/Setting up for new products
• Process approval of customer projects fitters
