This position is based in Denver, CO and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Overview: As an Engineer, Power BI at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in Power BI.
  • Proven experience as a Power BI Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Snowflake, Rivery, dbt, or Azure Data Factory is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI Copilot or other AI assisted reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical specs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and execute database queries and perform analyses.
  • Create visualizations and reports for specified projects.
  • Evaluate, improve, and optimize current reporting.
  • Maintain data connectivity and refresh schedules for all Power BI reports.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system and data issues.
