About The Position

The position involves providing technical support for pipeline systems, focusing on managing pipeline integrity projects, including in-line inspection tools and remediation efforts. The role requires effective communication and project management skills to coordinate with various internal departments and ensure the integrity of pipeline infrastructure. The individual will also handle multiple projects related to pipeline maintenance, construction, and engineering studies, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering preferred or a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior Project Management experience required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pipeline industry operations is required.
• Full complement of project management skills including scoping, estimating, and cost control.
• Knowledgeable in interpreting pipeline construction drawings and alignment sheets.
• Working knowledge of pipeline fabrication and construction techniques.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment with effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of pipeline in-line inspection tools and remediation methods.
• Knowledge of hydrostatic testing of pipelines.
• Familiarity with 49 CFR 195, ASME B31.4 and B31.8 standards.
• Experience conducting pipeline MOP studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various internal departments to manage in-line inspection tool runs and remediation projects.
• Manage multiple maintenance projects, including pipeline integrity inspection, remediation, testing, and repair.
• Generate project alternatives, cost estimates, and secure project funding.
• Develop project scope documents, schedules, and manage the bid process for contractors.
• Apply the company's design and operating philosophy to meet corporate goals for safety and efficiency.
• Review and manage projects in terms of economics and compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Provide engineering support to operations as required.
• Effectively prioritize workload between multiple projects.
