About The Position

Title : Engineer, Packaging Development Location: Franklin, TN Workstyle: Onsite What will be your key responsibilities? Direct leadership of key packaging development projects. Support the translation of technology from ideas into virtual and working proof of principle models. Support Mars packaging sustainability and productivity goals. Innovation engineering development of new science and technology Forming effective knowledge/technology teams (internal and external) to overcome hurdle to advance ideas and concepts. What are we looking for ? BS degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering or equivalent 3+ years in engineering technology development (preferably food industry) Consistently meets or exceeds the standards and expectations of internal and external customers and consumers Manage scale-up risk and introduction of technology into supply chain Demonstrated process and packaging science, packaging engineering, machine design development and design through virtual prototyping methods Willingness to travel 30% What can you expect from Mars? Requirements

• BS degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years in engineering technology development (preferably food industry)
