Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and mechanical design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Siemens NX (UG) preferred. or ProE.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components to meet customer requirements.
  • Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, trade studies, and prototyping activities.
  • Analyze and evaluate designs for strength, durability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality control, and suppliers.
  • Support production, testing, and validation of prototypes and final products.
  • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
  • Stay current with industry standards and regulations.
