Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional software experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products at scale.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern data platform tools such as Apache Airflow and AWS services.
- Strong background in data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Typescript.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Langchain and Open AI Agents.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable data platforms for enterprise customers.
- Lead complex projects across multiple domains ensuring integration with core data services.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions and code reviews.
- Facilitate the adoption of Generative AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a distributed team of engineers, promoting a culture of accountability.
- Oversee production health including incident response and post-incident reviews.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence and system resiliency.
