Engineer Maintenance
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with operations and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Identify opportunities for process and equipment optimization to enhance reliability. Project oversight, keeping track of overall expenes.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues efficiently.
