About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with operations and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Identify opportunities for process and equipment optimization to enhance reliability. Project oversight, keeping track of overall expenes.
