Requirements

• A BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain related field and 2 years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Proven experience with process optimization and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability and flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in logistics software and tools for data analysis and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the full flow of parts through the end-to-end supply chain.
• Support the processes of transporting material throughout the facility efficiently.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehousing functions.
• Develop and execute plans to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Implement best practices to maximize speed and meet production schedule demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing goods receiving processes and design innovative warehouse solutions.
