Job description We are seeking a Mid-Level Liaison Engineer with MRB authority to apply engineering dispositions to discrepant aircraft composite and metallic structures. Candidates with Boeing MRB certification are strongly preferred. This role requires the ability to resolve engineering issues encountered during the manufacturing and assembly process, with a solid understanding of certification procedures and quality control standards in aerospace production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Degree must be from a program recognized by the Washington Accord.
  • Prior experience in structural MRB or Liaison Engineering at an airframe manufacturer.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Boeing MRB certification.
  • Experience with CATIA v5 or similar CAD software.
  • Familiarity with Boeing engineering documentation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of aircraft quality control and certification procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis of non-conforming products and repairs to ensure continued structural integrity.
  • Disposition non-conformances for commercial aircraft structures during manufacturing and assembly.
  • Document and report failures, malfunctions, and defects in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Utilize CAD 3D software (preferably CATIA v5) to support engineering evaluations and solutions.
