About The Position

Engineer Lead Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 12900 Park Plaza Dr Cerritos, CA 90703. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end to end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise wide technology platforms. How You Will Make an Impact: Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements. Lead requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business. Lead efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products. Design and implement Automation Testing frameworks and methodology to support Agile product development. Define and implement test automation strategy including road map, tools, framework and approach across project teams. Create and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing using Bamboo, Bit bucket, and Maven. Ensure unit test is performed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan. Develop and enhance test automation frameworks for UI, API, and Mobile Testing. May implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems. May implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects, services, and processes in order to operate more efficiently. Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary. Develop and own list of final enhancements. Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written. Perform technical design reviews and code reviews. Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning effort. Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process. Own the technical development environment and work on the Enterprise team. Lead multiple or large projects and facilitates large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines. Lead vendor evaluation and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field of study.
• Seven (7) years of experience in any occupation with IT experience focusing on software testing and quality engineering, or related.
• Seven (7) years of required Information Technology (IT) experience focusing on software testing and quality engineering, or related must include: TDM toolset such as: Broadcom Test Data Manager; Java; Python; Maven; Git; Selenium; qTest; SeaLights; Bamboo; Jenkins; Unix Operating System; Agile methodology.
