About The Position
The Engineer in Training (EIT) Program is a comprehensive global initiative designed to introduce engineers to Rockwell Automation products and software, highlighting how they integrate into our customers' manufacturing processes to enhance productivity. You will participate in a structured one-year training program, which includes four months of core technical training at our global training center in Singapore, followed by a six-month job rotation to gain exposure to multiple responsibilities. Upon completion of the one-year training program, employees will be assigned the role of level 1 Project Engineer within our Process Automation department. You will be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. You will report to ENGINEERING MANAGER, PRODUCTION AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.
