As part of our Residential Team in Charlotte, you’ll support project engineers, contribute to design development, solve technical challenges, and help deliver high-quality plans. This role is perfect for early-career civil engineers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow! Why This Role: Gain broad experience across residential land development from initial concepts to final designs and client-ready deliverables. Receive Mentorship and Guidance by working with senior engineers and project managers who are invested in your progress and committed to helping you grow. Hybrid schedule - about three days a week in the office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
- Registration as an EIT/Professional in the appropriate field of expertise or ability to obtain registration in 6 months
- Experience in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office applications
- Team oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- The ability to execute multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
