Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
  • Demonstrated successful journeyman level experience and/or training.
  • Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers Card.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and be experienced in building management systems.

Nice To Haves

  • A Stationary Engineers license is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
  • Fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment such as any mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout facility.
  • Respond to customer requests for maintenance assistance in order to provide courteous, timely and expert service.
  • Assist in the installation, removal or relocation of electronic equipment, in accordance with established priorities.
  • Fix all property electronic equipment (except for slot machines and computers) by repairing minor damage to parts and wiring and replacing failed components.
  • Repair and install structural woodwork and equipment; assist in preparing wall surface for painting and wall covering.
  • Perform upholstery work as required on hotel and casino chairs, sofas, gaming tables/layouts, restaurant booths and equipment.
  • Install and maintain all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles.
  • Examine and perform preventative maintenance checks on various types of electronic equipment to include fire alarms, and satellite systems according to established schedules under supervision.
  • Perform all operations incidental to any type of maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications.
