Perform skilled electrical services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of facility systems such as power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, emergency backup, and related electrical infrastructure. Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot critical systems in gaming areas, kitchens, restaurants, hotel rooms, bars, and public spaces. Operate heavy equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, backhoes, and forklifts to access elevated or hard-to-reach work areas and to assist with equipment transport or trenching for underground electrical/plumbing work. Maintain detailed knowledge of facility electrical systems, including casino floor layouts, breaker panels, control systems, generator setups, and utility tie-ins. Collaborate with other trades (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry) to complete integrated maintenance projects and ensure optimal system performance across the facility. Provide accurate and timely documentation on all service work performed, including updates to service logs, repair reports, and equipment history. Respond to emergency maintenance issues, power outages, or system alarms with professionalism and urgency to minimize downtime in high-traffic hospitality and gaming areas. Be available as needed for snow/ice mitigation. Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, safety standards, and property-specific procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and always adhere to safety regulations and PPE protocols. Safely operate company owned and operated vehicles and machinery. Any other duties as assigned by leadership.
