About The Position

The Engineer III - Electrician position involves performing all types of troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs for equipment, environmental spaces, and grounds as assigned. The role requires adherence to all operating procedures, safety regulations, and department policies. The individual will work independently on most tasks and will have a high level of responsibility, especially when interacting with guests.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum 5 years previous Facilities experience.
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and general maintenance.
  • Commercial experience and knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Proven experience providing a high level of guest service.
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
  • Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex equipment and components, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Initiate and respond to work orders through the work order system, completing assignments timely and accurately.
  • Maintain the preventative maintenance program, including documentation on annual inspections of equipment.
  • Understand critical power distribution systems and take appropriate actions during system failures or power outages.
  • Install or redirect electrical circuits as needed.
  • Use power tools, chemicals, electrical, and mechanical devices.
  • Walk daily routes to ensure all necessary repairs are made.
  • Maintain and document pool chemicals as required.
  • Install new layouts for all gaming tables as required.
  • Research parts and materials and make recommendations for replacements.
  • Present self in a professional, well-groomed manner at all times.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Understand and conform to all Company/Department Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
