About The Position

We are seeking a Product Engineer for Microchip's dsPIC microcontroller division (dsPIC) at our headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. Duties include: Leading new product development teams Creating, maintaining and communicating project schedules Leading technical discussions and debug sessions Interfacing with team, supervisor and management on project status and product health. Job will also include mentoring junior engineers and project teammates The ideal candidate will think critically and strategically, be influencing, and have strong problem solving and technical skills.

Requirements

• BSEE with 2-3 years of industry experience (or equivalent)
• Expertise in MS Project and other Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and new product development flow
• Project management skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Device physics and qualification knowledge
• Strong communication, leadership and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Leading new product development teams
