About The Position

In this role, you will help operate and support the network infrastructure that enables reliable, high-performance internet connectivity for communities. You will work at the heart of network operations, ensuring systems remain stable, scalable, and resilient across local and remote environments. Partnering closely with engineering and operations teams, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in network operations or a related engineering role.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, or maintaining complex network operating systems.
  • Ability to resolve moderately complex, well-defined technical problems within established guidelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Comfort working independently with general supervision, clear objectives, and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, operate, and support day-to-day network systems with an intermediate level of technical proficiency.
  • Assist with installation, maintenance, quality assurance, and testing of network infrastructure and services.
  • Identify network issues, investigate root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute recommendations to improve network reliability, performance, tools, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to support broader systems and initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance scalability and long-term network performance.
