What You Will Do: The CTS engineer works directly with airline customers and engine overhaul facilities and teams up with their respective disciplines to: Understand and implement corrective action for engine related in-service events and hardware issues identified during overhaul. Support MROs to resolve work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines. Support Airlines to resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate resolution of service issues. Initiate technical data development of documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM). Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and provide direction for all technical publications’ issues related to their hardware. Interface with Airbus by providing design, operation, maintenance, and customer service data. Coordinate resolution on hardware investigations (CPRs – Customer Part Returns) Coordinate resolution on Quality Notifications (QNs)
