About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to contribute to modernizing and maintaining healthcare software systems that support national quality reporting programs. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and user interfaces that improve the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare data submissions. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, and testing teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while applying best practices in software development and automation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Golang and Angular for backend and frontend development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience managing data interactions.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies and exposure to automated testing frameworks like Cypress.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, maintainable code and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote-first team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and data interactions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Build user interfaces informed by UX designs to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Optimize data operations, ensure data integrity, and facilitate integration with frontend applications and third-party systems.
  • Apply test-driven development and automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features while minimizing technical debt.
  • Mentor peers and support team members in achieving successful project outcomes.
  • Follow team processes to consistently deliver features to production while maintaining high engineering standards.
