LOCATION: 168 Third Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451 TITLE: Engineer II, Field Service HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm DUTIES: Provide onsite and remote Service and support for Industrial Control Equipment for Metals and Lithium-Ion Processing Production Lines. Ensure that North American customer needs and expectations are met and exceeded within the parameters of the job. Responsible for the overall support and service of an assigned customer list. Coordinate long term and short-term planning for maintenance, and repair events with manufacturing and management. Communicate downtime, maintenance needs, and prioritization. Provide system installation/Commissioning services. Provide General Maintenance at customer sites.
