Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience building production-grade AI/ML systems or intelligent workflows
• High Proficiency with Python and modern AI tooling (LangChain, Transformers, etc.)
• Understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and event orchestration tools like Temporal or Kafka
• Working knowledge of vector stores, memory modules, and dynamic tool invocation
• Ability to design modular, trustable, and observable system components
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hybrid AI architectures (e.g., symbolic + neural agents)
• Exposure to compliance or privacy principles related to AI
• Experience with planning agents (e.g., ReAct, BabyAGI, AutoGPT) or agent lifecycle frameworks
• Familiarity with business rules management and explainable AI practices
• Practical exposure to conversational interfaces and NLP-based tools
• Awareness of governance, transparency, and auditability for autonomous agents

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled features including LLM-based automation flows and self-refining systems
• Collaborate with product teams to co-create intelligent workflows, not just complete tickets
• Design prompt chains and contribute to the reliability and explainability of AI outputs
• Automate data-driven tasks using task planners and structured reasoning patterns
• Own feature delivery from design to deployment, ensuring AI models are integrated responsibly
