About The Position

As an Engineer on our team, you’ll help build both internal and external-facing tools that support message and creative generation, strengthen our media monitoring and survey capabilities, and synthesize our institutional knowledge into strategic insights for clients. We value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work regularly from our Chicago office. Requirements

2+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience utilizing and deploying LLMs.
Experience with databases, APIs, and infrastructure
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Experience with version control systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop and extend the features of our existing products.
Work closely with other engineers on staff to engage in the development of unit tests, code review and tool stability.
Independently manage tool and feature development, including working with clients and staff to gather feedback.
