Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with transportation and/or yard management systems (TMS / YMS)
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Effective communication skills across technical and operational teams
  • Fluency in Korean (written and verbal) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from transportation management systems (TMS) and yard management systems (YMS)
  • Identify data inconsistencies, system issues, and process gaps across transportation and yard operations.
  • Provide business process analysis, process reformation and/or IT systems modification suggestions in accordance with proposed changes.
  • Perform employee interviews to gather relevant data, process & analyze them with various tools, come up with innovative suggestions and present an organized proposal to concerned parties.
  • Provide basic IT network troubleshooting support to identify and resolve system connectivity and communication issues.
  • Document all steps of PI procedures, write standard operation process manuals and train employees.
