Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Experience with transportation and/or yard management systems (TMS / YMS)
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Effective communication skills across technical and operational teams
Fluency in Korean (written and verbal) is required.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from transportation management systems (TMS) and yard management systems (YMS)
Identify data inconsistencies, system issues, and process gaps across transportation and yard operations.
Provide business process analysis, process reformation and/or IT systems modification suggestions in accordance with proposed changes.
Perform employee interviews to gather relevant data, process & analyze them with various tools, come up with innovative suggestions and present an organized proposal to concerned parties.
Provide basic IT network troubleshooting support to identify and resolve system connectivity and communication issues.
Document all steps of PI procedures, write standard operation process manuals and train employees.
