About The Position

An Engineer I is responsible for:Pick 3-5 items and format as paragraph} This engineer will Independently complete small, somewhat ambiguously defined features and fix defects. They will begin to mentor new team members. A good candidate will focus learning to attain expertise in one or more areas. Persistent in the face of roadblocks, this candidate can triage simple issues independently and complex issues with some assistance in both production and locally. They understand and follow stated best practices and guidelines. This individual participates in technical design of features with guidance. While independent work is expected, knows when to ask for help in order to get unblocked. They should know how to prioritize their own work and avoids getting caught up in unimportant details. The right candidate proposes ideas and solutions within the team to reduce the workload by automation. This engineer will be responsible for actively looking for opportunities to improve the reliability and availability of applications by applying the learnings from monitoring and observation. They will perform troubleshooting in mission-critical systems to resolve production incidents and systematically drive down detection and resolution times. Identifies changes for the product from the reliability, performance and availability perspective with a data driven approach. The engineer make and maintain relationships outside of immediate team. Requirements

• 1 years of experience in technology, software or product development, technical architecture or engineering
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
