Ignite is currently seeking driven, detail-oriented Engineers to join our team supporting NOVASTAR, in Dayton, OH. These positions are expected to be onsite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM
• Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting intelligence analysis or integration in one or more of the following areas: All Source Intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT.
• Experience in assessing adversarial threat systems in air or space systems.
• Experience preparing briefs and briefing leadership.
• Prior Military Experience a plus.
• Experience in one or more of the following subsystems on missiles and/or satellites: Propulsion, Sensing (IR, EO, RF, etc.), Communications, Structure.
• Modeling and Simulation Experience a plus.
• Computer Aided Design Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Intelligence analysis, assessments, and evaluation of adversarial space and/or air systems.
• Assess dynamic characteristics of space and/or air systems.
• Conduct analysis of tasked foreign satellites, missiles, and/or other threat systems from all-source intelligence and open-source intelligence to provide engineering judgements of system design.
