Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical required.
• 0-3 years of experience in Project Engineering or production in the paper industry.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Auto Cad, and Project.

Nice To Haves

• Pulp and Paper Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing process optimization and engineering support for the Mill.
• Apply engineering principles and procedures to the design and implementation of assigned engineering projects.
• Design, installation, and start-up of projects that are being executed.
• Project implementation will require the direct supervision of Mill trades personnel and/or contractors.
• Conduct data analysis projects and use data to make business decisions.
• Assignments may include some work at higher levels for training and development purposes.
