The Engineer I, Production will be responsible for troubleshooting machines to ensure the highest yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This role involves reviewing quality nonconformance reports and issues, providing corrective actions, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance production processes and train operators. The engineer will also review production progress against plans, provide feedback on production problems, manage inventory and yield, conduct internal and customer audits, and maintain the worksite according to 5S3R standards.
