About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering expertise for both internal and external customers.
  • Support field personnel for capital and maintenance projects.
  • Assist the project team in executing engineering and construction projects related to electrical generating facilities, substations, and transmission lines.
  • Manage internal staff and external contractors for project delivery.
  • Engage in project planning, development, design, evaluation, estimating, implementation, and documentation.
  • Participate as a key contributor and technical expert on the project team.
  • Promote positive change in Minnesota Power's business strategy through customer-specific objectives.
  • Assist Minnesota Power employees, engineering consultants, and contractors in project implementation.
