About The Position

Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is seeking an Engineer I/II to support our Irvine office. Founded in 1992, Fuscoe Engineering is a civil engineering firm that emphasizes participative management, consensus building within teams, and sharing the rewards of successful work. We are 100% employee-owned with 190 employee-owners across 4 offices in southern California. Our services include Survey and Mapping, Stormwater Management and Water Quality, and Geospatial Technology. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university.
• Civil engineering design experience of at least 1 to 2 years for Engineer I, and 2 to 5 years for Engineer II.
• EIT certification required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering plans and production.
• Perform design tasks, engineering calculations, solve design problems, and develop knowledge of general design standards and agency requirements for plan preparation.
• Coordinate with architect/agency/client for production and design (for Engineer II).
• Independently make engineering judgment and solve design issues (for Engineer II).
