About The Position
This role involves supporting the operation, inspection, and basic maintenance of factory automation and logistics equipment, including conveyors, lifts, ASRS, AGVs, shuttles, stacker cranes, and stockers. Entry-level engineers will assist in ensuring stable operations and process efficiency while learning hands-on technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related Engineering field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (PLC, motors, sensors, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
- Responsible, proactive, and diligent work attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of factory automation or logistics equipment
- Experience with AutoCAD or Siemens PLC
- English-Korean bilingual skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist in managing factory automation and logistics equipment
- Support equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist in logistics process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Participate in equipment optimization and modification projects
- Prepare and maintain operational and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
