About The Position

Responsible for performing necessary skills and demonstrating knowledge relating to the general maintenance of the property to provide a positive guest experience. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. All other duties assigned by management. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of table games equipment including but not limited to gaming tables. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Horseshoe Indianapolis policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two (1-2) years experience in general maintenance or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Must be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing License.
• Certification of CFC 608.
• Two (2) years of experience in a maintenance field related to the hospitality or service industry.
• Two (2) years of experience in a maintenance field related to facilities or building maintenance.
• Completed 18 credit hours trade-related coursework at a trade school, university or college.
• Verifiable documentation of personal experience and practical demonstration of proficiency within technical areas pertinent to the position.
