  • Engineering/Technical degree from an accredited program or a 2-year technical degree with 5 years of applicable engineering experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional engineering experience or 0-3 years of specialty engineering experience, including internship/co-op experience.
  • Project management experience may be essential for some assignments.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and their application.
  • Ability to assess process concepts and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Effective communication skills with various levels of personnel.
  • Familiarity with common office automation and engineering-related software.
  • Skilled problem solver with the ability to apply engineering expertise to issues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changes in project plans with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of business impacts of engineering decisions.
  • Basic CAD software experience, preferably with Creo.
  • Familiarity with FEA concepts and analysis.
