About The Position

This is an onsite role requiring 5 days per week in Newton, IA. Responsibilities Define project scope, standards, costs, and schedules in collaboration with customers and sales Plan and execute laboratory and on-site testing; travel to client sites as required Coordinate testing activities, schedules, documentation, and technician output Review test data for compliance; communicate results, issues, and scope changes to customers Prepare and review technical reports and serve as Project Handler and/or Reviewer of Record Support development of new test methods, fixtures, and equipment Maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 procedures and internal quality requirements Represent the organization at customer meetings and industry events as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • CAD or similar design skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or prior work experience preferred.
  • C++, C#, or web programming knowledge preferred.

  • The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-70,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
  • This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary.
