Job Description: Embedded SRAM logic and circuit verification with internal tool/kit Sanity check of embedded SRAM deliverables In-house design/verification kits development Memory BIST generation and verification SRAM timing library characterization

Requirements

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of digital RTL design, logic synthesis and STA flow
• Programming languages: Perl, Shell script, Tcl, Makefile, SKILL
• Hands-on tools: NC-Verilog, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, Hspice, Finesim, Virtuoso
• Good understanding of NLDM and CCS/CCSN format
• BSEE with 4 years job related experience
• MSEE with 2 years job related experience

Responsibilities

• Embedded SRAM logic and circuit verification with internal tool/kit
• Sanity check of embedded SRAM deliverables
• In-house design/verification kits development
• Memory BIST generation and verification
• SRAM timing library characterization
