About The Position

This Engineer Co-Op Internship at Barnes Aerospace focuses on process streamlining and software improvements within a manufacturing environment. The intern will be involved in tasks such as optimizing MRB processes, enhancing software using Discus for print ballooning and Net Inspect for first articles, digitizing ICLs for ETQ, and digitalizing inspection data entry. The role also includes providing general support to Quality Engineers. Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively.
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with power/hand tools and measurement devices a plus.
