About The Position
Performs daily analysis of chemical processing solutions Creates manufacturing routers and associated data entries in ERP system for new parts according to design specification Updates existing manufacturing routers for new process specifications or work centers Performs observations on production floor to document and understand processing times Reviews raw material requirements for all product lines and coordinates with the planning team to ensure the correct materials are ordered Directly supports production floor when abnormal manufacturing conditions are encountered and develops process changes as needed Assists with planning capital improvement projects Supports internal and external Quality Assurance audits Make updates to existing manufacturing procedures due to process changes or improvements Identifies manufacturing areas where process improvement is needed Able to operate equipment used in each manufacturing process Assists with chemical inventory management
