Applications Engineer II Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (minimum) - $100,000 (midpoint) - $123,000 (maximum) Senior Applications Engineer Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (minimum) - $121,000 (midpoint) - $149,000 (maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 401(k) match (4.5%) Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%) Tuition reimbursement and Training/Professional Development opportunities for all members 12 paid holidays, including floating holidays. Requirements

  • 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Execute Technical Assignments: Carries out a range of technical tasks, resolving moderately complex issues using current technologies and established procedures.
  • Analyze and Resolve Issues: Evaluates technical problems by examining various factors and data, developing and implementing effective solutions under guided direction.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Works collaboratively with internal teams to maintain quality standards, providing informal guidance to new team members and supporting team objectives.
  • Apply Business Expertise: Utilizes knowledge of key business drivers and company processes to inform technical decisions and align projects with organizational goals.
  • Enhance Technical Proficiency: Continuously develops and expands technical skills by mastering current technologies, contributing to the team’s capabilities and performance.
