  • Update and maintain network documentation with oversight of senior engineers
  • Initiate and track vendor orders
  • Support lab equipment inventory, cabling, and testing
  • Support vendor order processes
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to understand customer needs and provide sales support
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance
  • Working with post-sales providing technical support as required
  • Provide costs for sales team
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts within the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's Degree in Network Administration/Engineering or related degree preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite: Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to interpret network diagrams
  • Functional knowledge in one of three of the following: Layer 1, 2, or 3 (OSI Model layer reference)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
